Fluke 810 Vibration Tester

fluke-810-vibration-tester

Fluke has made Vibration Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) programs more accessible to non-experts and smaller companies with limited budgets.  Unlike traditional datalogger based systems, the 810 does not require the user to interpret spectra.  It uses unique pattern recognition technology to automatically analyze the measured vibration and diagnose machine faults for you.

How It Works

Tell the 810 some key parameters about your machine such as horsepower, coupling, transmission type, driven component (e.g. pump), and bearing support configuration and the 810 searches through its comprehensive database for the "healthy" spectra of a similar machine.  The 810 then walks you through the measurement process and compares the measured spectra with the healthy spectra.  The pattern recognition algorithms then analyze the exceedances and reports the severity and type of machine faults.
